Collective Mobilities is a socially engaged mobile project that facilitates redistribution and mutual aid to support people experiencing homelessness. Conceived and organized by multidisciplinary artist Alex Strada—Public Artist in Residence with the NYC Department of Homeless Services and Department of Cultural Affairs, and Fine Arts Civic Engagement Fellow at Pratt—the project reframes homelessness not as a problem to be solved solely by city agencies, but as a shared social responsibility.
